Description
Described as a heritage apple, Sops in Wine (also Sops of Wine) is an old english culinary and cider apple, ready for harvest early in the season. The flesh can be stained pink and is quick to oxidise, aromatic but not as form as modern varieties.
Needs a pollinator in flowing group 3.
