Crab Apples

Description

Crab Apple, also Crabapple or Wild Apple, derive from the original wild apple, Malus Sieversii. Malus Sieversii is the common ancestor of crab apples and the cultivated apples, Malus Domestica.

Crabapples are commonly planted as pollinators for cultivated apples, for wildlife habitats and ornamental hedges or trees.
